We're looking for a Customer Service Representative!
o Bachelor or in the process of getting the degree in Business Administration, Marketing,Tourism or related careers.
o Customer Services Experience.
o Excellent English communication, reading and writing skills (100%).
o Attention to details.
o Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
o Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
o Verify that orders are in accordance with the paper work signed by customers.
o Check that all order items are filled out correctly and completed.
o Send the complete order to the design team.
o Retrieve customers data.
o Submit new links, tracking numbers and review links to guest by email.
o Follow up non-responsive customers.
